Emerging and Big Data Vendor Showcases

It’s been a year and half since we last had one of these and we’ve had a slew of new companies, as well as some of previous start ups that are have become real players.
We’ll have 2 separate showcases – one for “emerging vendors” in the data world, and the other for “big data companies you should know about in 2012.”  These showcases will allow 10-15 selected vendors to talk about themselves, why the industry and executive attendees should care about them.
The presenter will be allowed 10 minutes to speak, followed by 5 minutes of Q & A from the audience.  Press and analysts will be invited to this showcase.

Execullence awards

Participating vendors are eligible for consideration for an Execullence Award to selected winners (Best of Show, Most Disruptive Technology, Coolest New Technology).
Judges will be representatives from companies like Intel, IBM, EMC, NetApp, HP, HDS as well as selected venture capitalists and financiers.

Corporate Development and M & A Forum – Day 2

An executive-level primer that is delivered by , a real a C-Level executive who has bought over $30B of high technology systems and services in his 30 year career. Using real life examples the presentation demonstrates the power of understanding and aligning motivations and business problems in getting to an order.

Mr. O’Donnell will equip the sales executive with the knowledge and skills required to sell high technology products and services to senior client business executives. The presentation focuses on delivering an understanding of the mindset and motivations of C-Level executives and explains how to align their business problems with technology driven solutions.
